ATTENTION 11 TO 16 YEAR OLDS, The Brown County chapter of Quail Forever is sponsoring the annual “Stan Boos Youth Hunt” for quail and pheasants on (NOVEMBER 1). If you are interested in participating, pick up an application in a Hiawatha school office or e-mail Larry Weast at firstname.lastname@example.org . The number of participants is limited to 15. Participants will be chosen on the basis of their application. (A LIFE TIME HUNTING LICENSE WILL BE GIVEN AWAY TO ONE LUCKY YOUTH HUNTER.)
Youth Hunt participants must meet four requirements.
1. You must be no younger than 11 & no older than 16
2. You must have successfully completed a hunter safety course
3. You must complete a short statement of one or more paragraphs about why you wish to participate in the “Youth Hunt” and what you can do to conserve natural resources.
4. You must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or their representative
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RETURNED BY (OCTOBER 27).
