| Waterfowl numbers
|| 5000 around the reservoir and wetlands with a mix of mallards, gadwall, pintail, teal and mixed species. 5000-10,000 snows and a few canada geese around the county. 10,000 around the area, but mostly night use.

|| Reservoir at up half a foot.
| Hunting conditions
|| Wetlands have excellent but rank moist soil vegetation and very good water, Quaker/Chetopa Creek access road is open during duck season.
| Expected hunting success
|| Good conditions. Most of the birds are leaving the area and flying out to area ponds. The birds are educated and difficult to get back onto the reservoir before dark.
