Fishing Information Nights
Think you know where the really big fish are? Do you have that burning question about your favorite lake? Maybe even a question about a fishing regulation that doesn’t make sense. Then the place for you to be is at one of the annual Fishing Information Nights. These nights our held throughout the year in each of the different regions of the state. These nights usually encompass different biologists from the region talking about the different reservoirs/lakes they manage. They will discuss the fishing forecast and how they came up with the numbers along with any special techniques they have learned about over the winter for certain areas. They will also take questions from the public about any sort of fishing topic you want to discuss that will make you have a successful fishing season.
Dates for Fishing Information Nights will be placed on the calendar as they are determined and there will be a news release posted a few weeks before the nights happen. The news release will have more details about that particular evening.
Do not worry if you cannot make a particular night, a summary of each presentation can be found HERE.
