LWCF Grant
The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism (KDWPT) is accepting applications for Federal grants from the Land and Water Conservation Fund. A small amount of Federal funding is available this year, and local side grant applications will be accepted until June 30, 2012. Entities interested in applying should download the application by clicking on the Grant Applications link below. Applications for this grant will be accepted until June 30, 2012.
Recreational Trail Grant
We have not yet received guidance as to grant specifics on the new recreational trails portion of the Transportation Act. Therefore, until the rules are made public, we are not accepting applications for this grant at this time. When information is available, we will post updates to this site.
