Chickadee Checkoff Small Grants Form
Applications should be no longer than two pages of regular hard copy and include the following information :
- Title
- Name of applicant
- Contact information including email address
- Purpose of the project,
- How the project relates to issues and strategies listed in "A Future for Kansas Wildlife"
- Amount being requested (up to $5,000) and what it will be used, budget items should include match amounts. Applicants must provide a minimum of 25% of the total project cost in matching funds. Matching funds can be either monetary contributions from federal or non-federal sources and in-kind contributions of labor, materials, supplies, or other.
- The schedule for completion of the project.
