Five Year Review
T&E Five Year Review
The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism will initiate its nest regular five year review of the State's sensitive species lists in 2013, and complete it in 2014. This includes the Threatened and Endangered Species lists as well as the Species in Need of Conservation list. Solicitations are currently being announced for any changes to these lists. A petition is available for anyone wishing to propose for downlisting, delisting, or adding any species to these lists. The petitioner will be required to provide substantial evidence to warrant any change.
