2013 Dove Fields:

Three areas of managed dove fields will be available during the 2013 dove season. Free daily hunt permits will be required of all hunters and are available at the hunt site. Maps of the fields are available by clicking on the links below.

Area 1: One 14 acre sunflower field and one 10 acre wheat field. The fields are located at the Old Irving town site, or 2 1/2 miles south and 3 miles east of Blue Rapids. No special restrictions on these fields.

Area 2: One 16 acre sunflower field and one 13 acre wheat field. The fields are located just west of the Black Vermillion Marsh, or 2 miles south of the intersection of Zenith and 14th roads. No special restrictions on these fields.

Area 3: One 8 acre sunflower field and one 20 acre wheat field. The fields are located just south of the Olsburg Marsh, or 1/4 mile west of the intersection of Shannon Creek and Cleburne roads. Non-toxic shot will be required of all hunters on these fields due to the close proximity to the marsh.
