Try liver, prepared baits, live bait, shad sides, or worms fished near the bottom. The four fish feeders are off until mid-April.

Try minnows or small jigs in deeper water near brush, dropoffs or structure. Many small 7-9 inch fish are available with some bigger fish mixed in. There are ten brush piles marked with fish attractor bouys that often hold fish.

Try jigs, plastic baits, spinner baits, or crank baits fished along weedlines, drop-offs, brush piles, and other structure.

General Comments

The water level is about 5-6 feet below full pool. Use the low water boat ramp just west of the main ramp. The surface water temperature is now ~ 44 degrees.
