From W. 55th St. and Seneca, go West on 55th. Lake is 1/2 mile on the North side of the road.

Boating: Carry-in craft, such as canoes, kayaks and float tubes are allowed at this location.

South Lake is a deep sandpit lake with very clear water and minimal shoreline vegetation. You can expect to find some small largemouth bass, quite a few Channel Catfish and occasionally, even a saugeye or some crappie.
