Black Crappie

Fair-Good

up to 1.0 lbs.

Tube jig around the piers. If the sun shines and the water heats up it will get even better. When we electrofished last week most of the crappie were on the south side of the piers!

Bluegill

Fair

up to 0.4 lbs.

Small hunk of worm or small spinner around the brush piles and along the weed edges.

Channel Catfish

Fair-good

up to 8 lbs

Fish feeders are in and feeding sinking feed at 7:30, 8 am, noon, 7 and 8 pmShad side or guts around those fish feeders or off the piers.

Largemouth Bass

Fair

up to 5 lbs.

Plastics and spinner baits worked slow in that shallow warmer water on those sunny days. Fish are moving shallow thinking about spawning.

Redear Sunfish

Fair

up to 0.5 lbs.

Small hunk of worm or jig at the north end off the points.

General Comments

We electrofished last week I'll get the pictures up shortly.

Stocked 200,000 walleye fry a few weeks ago will be a couple of years before these guys will be of eating size!
