Species Size Rating Baits, Method, and Location
Channel Catfish up to 15lbs. Good Good channel cat fishing will continue. Anglers have the most success along the old river channel.
White Bass up to 3 lbs. Good White bass do well in this shallow reservoir. Anglers have good success in the upper end in the river channel during the spring spawning run.
Crappie up to 13" Good Crappie fishing will be fair to good anglers should focus on the deeper water and on the face of the dam. Many crappie over 10" were captured during fall netting.
       
Current Fishing Opportunity      
Channel Catfish up to 15lbs. Fair-Good livers, cut bait or other prepared bait. upper end of the lake or behind the dam in the river.
White Bass up to 3lbs. Good Below the dam during releases on small jigs and spinners or along face of the dam
Crappie up to 13" Fair Jigs and minnows along the dam rip rap and up in the river around woody structure.
