Species Rating Size Baits, Method, & Location
Channel Catfish Fair 1-4lbs Channel catfish are stocked seasonally, and can be caught lakewide. Catfish have been picking up recently, with a few reports of nice channel cats being caught.
White Crappie Good  up to 12 inches Try small jigs or minnows especially around brush piles. Crappie fishing will pick up as the water warms, and the crappie move into the coves and onto brush piles.
Largemouth Bass Fair All sizes 2014 sampling of bass revealed a small decline in the bass population at East lake, however bass fishing should remain fair in 2015.
Saugeye No Reports 18" length limit No Recent Reports
White bass Fair 12" + No Recent Reports, but white bass will pick up in the next few weeks as spring rain arrives.
