Species Rating Size Baits, Method, & Location
Crappie No report 5-7 inches Fish around deeper brush or vegetation.especially in the creek channel to the west. Use minnows, small slab spoons, or jigs.
Channel catfish Fair Up to 2 lbs Nightcrawlers, liver or shrimp.
Largemouth bass No report Up to 4 lbs Plastic worms, crankbaits and spinnerbaits.
Walleye No report Up to 23 inches Jig and nightcrawlers along the dam and on points.
Zebra Mussels    

Zebra mussel veligers (larval zebra mussels) are too small to be seen with the unaided eye and they can be found in boat livewells, minnow buckets, boat bilges, water toys and anything else that is capable of holding even a small amount of water.

Be sure to drain all equipment before leaving the lake to avoid moving veligers to other waters. THIS INCLUDES MINNOW BUCKETS AND BOAT LIVEWELLS AND BILGES!!!

General Comments

On July 23, 500 lbs of channel catfish averaging 1 lb each were stocked and on August 5, over 100 channel catfish averaging 5+ lbs were stocked.
