|Black Crappie||Slow||up to 1.5 lbs||In October we sampled 657 black crappie in traps: 644 were less than 5", 4 were between 5-8", 3 were between 8-10", 4 were between 10-12" and 2 were between 12-15" with the largest black crappie being 14" and weighing 1.6 lbs. Tube jigs tipped with minnows in structure.|
|Bluegill||Slow||up to 0.4 lbs||In October we sampled 405 bluegill in traps: 392 were less than 3", 8 were between 3-6" and 5 were between 6-8" with the largest bluegill being 7.7" and weighing 0.4 lbs. Small jig or spinner tipped with a hunk of worm around the brush.|
|Channel Catfish||Slow||up to 16.75 lbs||In October we sampled 37 channel catfish in gill nets: 4 were less than 11", 14 were between 11-16", 16 were between 16-24" and 3 were between 28-36" with the largest channel catfish being 32.5" and weighing 16.75 lbs. Shad sides are great this time of year even through the ice.|
|Largemouth Bass||Slow||up to 5.3 lbs.||In May we sampled 171 by electrofishing: 6 were less than 8", 27 were between 8-12", 77 were between 12-15"59 were between 15-20" and 2 were between 20-25" with the largest largemouth being 20.3" and weighing 5.3 lbs. Large jigs around the brush.|
|Walleye||Slow||up to 6.1 lbs.||In October we sampled 8 walleye in gill nets: 1 was between 10-15", 2 were between 15-20", 3 were between 20-25" and 1 was between 25-30" with the largest walleye being 25" and weighing 6.1 lbs. Twisters off of the points either side of the pump house cove.|
|Wiper||Slow||up to 5.0 lbs.||In October we sampled 44 wipers in gill nets: 3 were less than 8", 23 were between 8-12", 16 were between 12-15", 1 was between 15-20" and 1 was between 20-25" with the largest wiper being 24.2" and weighing 7.7 lbs. Large twisters or shad at the mouth of the cove on the east side.|
