Zebra Mussels are present at Clinton Reservoir

Be sure to CLEAN, DRAIN & DRY all equipment that comes in contact with the water to keep from spreading them to another lake.

Channel catfish Fair-Good 0.5-4 lbs Catfish are being taken primarily on prepared baits over baited areas.
Crappie Slow 0.5-1.5 lbs Minnows and jigs near timber have produced the few fish caught.
Walleye/Sauger Slow-Fair 0.5-4 lbs Jig and nightcrawler off the flats.
Wiper/white bass Fair-Good 4-8 lbs On calm days, anglers have done well by casting crankbaits into schools of surfacing shad.
Carp Good 3-5 lbs Using worms and corn around feeders.
Fish Feeders     Bloomington and Marina Cove feeders are set to run every 30 minutes between 7 AM and 7 PM, except 12:30 PM.  The feeder in the cove west of the west most state park boat ramp runs about every 1 hr 45 min between 7 AM and 7 PM.

General Comments
Water level July 18 was 0.28 feet high, release rate = 21 cfs, water temperature =  79.  Be aware there are a lot of Asian Carp in the outlet, these fish are illegal to possess alive. Brushpiles placed into Clinton August 11 and 12, 2008.
