|Black Crappie||Slow||up to 1.1 lbs.||In October we sampled 209 black crappie with traps: 3 were less than 5", 5 were between 5-8", 128 were between 8-10", 71 were between 10-12" and 2 were between 12-15" with the largest black crappie being 12.8" and weighing 1.1 lbs. The largest white crappie sampled weighed just over a pound. Tube jig around the piers and the brush piles.|
|Bluegill||Slow||up to 0.43 lbs.||In October we sampled 47 bluegill in traps: 12 were less than 3", 31 were between 3-6", 3 were between 6-8" and 1 was between 8-10" with the largest bluegill being 8" and weighing 0.43 lbs. Small jig or spinner tipped with worm around the brush piles.|
|Channel Catfish||Slow||up to 8.0 lbs||In October we sampled 41 channel catfish with gill nets: 3 were less than 11", 16 were between 11-16", 20 were between 16-24" and 2 were between 24-28" with the largest channel catfish being 27.0" and weighing 8.0 lbs. Shad sides work great this time of year even under the ice.|
|Largemouth Bass||Slow||up to 4.0 lbs.||In May we sampled 193 largemouth bass by electrofishing: 6 were less than 8", 58 were between 8-12", 105 were between 12-15" and 24 were between 15-20" with the largest bass being 19.1" and weighing 4.0 lbs. Plastics worked slow around the brush piles.|
|Redear Sunfish||Slow||up to 0.4 lbs.||The largest redear sampled was over 8" and weighed 0.4 lbs. Small hunk of worm or jig at the north end off the points.|
