The Education Section of the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism is responsible for outdoors-related educational programs. Conservation Education Core Concepts: These concepts provide a foundational framework for understanding fish, wildlife and habitat ecology and management from the perspective of fish and wildlife agencies. These concepts were developed by the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies with the help of state wildlife agencies across North America, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and leading conservation organizations.
